  I don’t know how to evaluate this company’s work, we never could get an appropriate bid. The owner came out and looked over our kitchen island. We wanted to make several changes, to include stone work, electrical work, a little plastering, a new sink and some cabinet work. He e-mailed a proposal several days later, after I had to call. The proposal missed several things that we discussed. I called and reviewed the requirements again. A few days later he sent another proposal. However, he missed the cabinet work. I called the office and was told the cabinet man needed to come out to size the work. A week goes by, no cabinet guy. I call, the lady seems surprised and stated the boss was on another line and would call me. No call that day, no call the next. two days. I call again and the lady states that he cabinet guy would call and be here today or tomorrow. No cabinet guy today, no cabinet guy the next two days. I call again. The lady states that Brian will call me. It has been three weeks now, no cabinet guy, no call from Brian the owner.
